Provides services and assistance to crime victims and witnesses in an effort to ensure that their rights are protected with the same vigor exercised in protecting the constitutional rights of the accused.

Provides advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, linkages, and assistance for crime victims and witnesses, including domestic and sexual violence. Assists with obtaining the status and disposition of cases; accompaniment to the courtroom; childcare while in court; and referrals to social services, emergency services, transportation, and counseling.

Provides free individual counseling and support group services to survivors of sexual violence age 13 and older. Operates a 24-hour hotline staffed by volunteer advocates who provide support and resources to survivors of sexual violence. Ensures victims of both international and domestic human trafficking in counties are not alone in their journey of healing and restoration. Certified victims can receive benefits and services, including housing, food, income, employment assistance, English language training, health care, mental health services, and foster care.

Provides pro bono legal assistance to victims of violent crime throughout New Jersey. Applicable crimes include: homicide, sexual assault, child and elder abuse, aggravated assault, domestic violence, stalking, teen dating violence, and human trafficking.

Provides a social service program for LGBT victims of a crime. Services include counseling, shelter if needed, and referrals to legal services and help with relocating to a safe house.

Offers 24-hour, in-person crisis response at the court house, hospital, and local police station for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Professional, sensitive and confidential counseling is available for survivors, significant others and family members.

Provides clinical counseling services to individuals and families. This includes but is not limited to, crime victims services, domestic violence services, HIV/AIDS services, marital issues services, parent-child conflicts services, workplace stress services, sexual abuse counseling services.

Assists defense teams in cases involving battered women by providing technical assistance on civil and criminal law matters, including identifying defense strategies, offering relevant case law and litigation materials, locating expert witnesses, identifying support networks for victim defendants, and suggesting additional sources of information and assistance. Additionally, offers information on promising practices for responding to domestic violence, accessible through a toll-free telephone line. Does not offer direct representation.

Assists innocent individuals whose lives have been tragically altered as a result of victimization from violent crimes by providing compensation for some expenses they suffer as a result of the crime.

Provides services to victims of sexual assault. Specially trained confidential advocates are available to offer telephone support and specialized counseling for victims and their significant others.

Provides criminal justice orientation, mental health and social service referrals, violent crime compensation information, courtroom escort, and case status information. Also provides support groups for homicide survivors and domestic violence victims.

Provides supportive and informative assistance to crime victims. Aims to ensure that all of the rights afforded to victims of crime are being met. Services include but are not limited to written notification of court proceedings, assistance filing claims with the Victims of Crime Compensation Board, as well as comfort, support and assistance for victims who testify at trial.

Provides phone, chat, and online assistance to crime victims and their loved ones. Assistance includes: safety planning, connection to attorneys and local resources, victim rights and options, and crime victim compensation information. All crimes are covered, but particular focus is given to victims of violent crime, stalking, human trafficking, and financial crimes.

Services include: culture specific supportive counseling, Ashiana (transitional home for women and children), legal clinics, crisis intervention, interpreter services, some transportation, outreach through education, support groups, court/medical accompaniment and advocacy.

Serves as the New Jersey State Designated Domestic Violence hotline, providing services such as accompaniments, advocacy, counseling, support groups, crisis intervention, and emergency safe housing for victims and their children. The organization also promotes prevention, conducts outreach education, dispels myths, raises public awareness, and offers support for those close to survivors through education, guidance, and counseling.

Empowering Holocaust survivors and their families, the Jewish Family Service of MetroWest New Jersey offers subsidized assistance through the Claims Conference. Provides counseling, outreach, case management, and various support services, including medical transportation and financial relief. The Lore Ross Cafe Europa Social Program fosters community through conversations, social and educational activities, and supportive relationships, allowing JFS to identify survivors' needs and eligibility for additional services.

Assists crime victims and witnesses with education, information, and support services. Offers guidance on the criminal justice system, updates on case status, aid in property retrieval, help with compensation applications, court restitution requests, counseling access, and offender HIV testing.

Operates a 24-hour hotline for those who have experienced sexual violence. Individual counseling is available for victims of sexual violence, and extends to their friends and families. Provides 24-hour accompaniment services to hospitals, police departments, Prosecutor's office, and court sessions.

Provides legal information about restraining orders and other protective legal options. The agency also assists with court preparation, accompaniment, legal advocacy, and attorney referrals.
