Providing a support network, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) assists victims of child abduction and sexual exploitation, along with their families. Services encompass immediate crisis intervention, survivor support, emotional assistance for runaways and families, peer support, referrals to agencies and mental health professionals, reunification aid, support for siblings, assistance in locating organizations for sexually exploited youth, and backing for law enforcement when local services fall short.
