The Arc of New Jersey's Criminal Justice Advocacy Program | Arc of New Jersey
Provides the information on offenders with intellectual / developmental disabilities, and acts as a liaison between the human service and criminal justice systems. Advocates for this population by providing the court system with a plan designed to be an alternative to incarceration. The program then provides case management services by monitoring the plan through the duration of the probationary sentence. In addition, the program provides consultation, education, training, technical assistance and program development to criminal justice and human service professionals.
