Gives individuals access to apply for a Public Defender, as well as a directory of county Public Defender offices. Public Defenders can offer legal representation for: Criminal cases, Appeals, Parental rights cases (for both minors and parents), Juvenile defense, Drug cases, Sex offenders, Mental Health advocacy.
