Staff members help clients complete necessary housing applications and assist them with finding apartments in the area. Case management services are also provided once the client moves into their apartment.
Provides case management services to help individuals navigate the requirements for housing as someone who was previously homeless. The Mission owns five houses and one apartment building, which can provide a home for 43 individuals.
