Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Be a Passaic County resident - Be a one-person household - Be physically/mentally disabled - Have lived in a shelter or unsheltered location for more than 364 days during past 3 years

Description

Offers permanent supportive housing in Paterson to chronically homeless individuals with a documented mental illness, homeless young adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Staff members help clients complete necessary housing applications and assist them with finding apartments in the area. Case management services are also provided once the client moves into their apartment.
