HUD Supportive Housing | Northwest NJ Community Action Partnership (NORWESCAP)

Provides permanent housing and case management services for individuals and families in which one adult or child has a disability, who are transitioning out of homelessness. The program offers clients supportive housing, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Application process

Centralized Intake by Social Services of Hunterdon, Sussex, and Warren. Must have referral from Tri-County COC.

Eligibility

To the eligible for housing assistance, participants must be homeless as defined by the United States HUD guidelines AND have a household member with a disability as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act.
