Provides case management services to formerly homeless veterans entering permanent housing, who require additional case management support as they transition to community living. These services provide a bridge from placement to successful tenancy and long-term housing retention through skill development and growth. The program is based on the Housing First philosophy, with the goal of harm reduction and housing stability.
Provides general medical, psychiatric, and long-term care services for veterans, offering a comprehensive range of medical and surgical subspecialty care including audiology, blind rehabilitation, cancer screening, dermatology, geriatrics, HIV testing and support, hospice, mental health services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, PTSD treatment, radiology, substance abuse treatment, suicide prevention, surgery, telehealth, urgent care, vocational services, and women's health care.
Operation Sisterhood addresses the unique challenges faced by female veterans regardless of era served or discharge status. Services include, individual, group, and family counseling, case management benefits screening and enrollment assistance. Services are confidential and are free of charge.
Provides veterans with non-emergency medical transport. All vehicles are handicapped accessible. Transportation destinations includes VA facilities and hospitals.

Offers shelter to homeless veterans along with supportive services aimed at improving their quality of life.Supportive services include access to job programs and an on-site computer training lab, counseling in budgeting skills to enhance financial self-sufficiency, linkage to affordable housing upon graduation, case management services connecting veterans to health and rehabilitation services, recovery services for substance abuse and mental illness, support groups facilitated by other veterans, and transitional housing for up to two years, with levels of support available twenty-four (24) hours, daily, and weekly based on individual need.
Provides a residential housing program and various social service programs. Services are aimed at addressing the needs of veterans.
Offers a Veteran's program set up to provide funds and advocacy when time is of an essence. The goal is to provide these needed services and funds within 24 hours.
Picks up veterans, Monday through Thursday at their homes, and transports them to the VA Medical Centers and clinics in Hackensack, Newark, East Orange and Lyons.
Provides assistance to current military personnel, dependent family members and veterans. Information, referrals, advocacy, Pastoral counseling and needs-based financial assistance are available on an individual basis.

Assists homeless or at-risk veterans and their families in maintaining housing stability or rapidly re-housing them. Operating under a "housing first" model, the program prioritizes housing stability. Eligible veterans and families may receive financial aid for rental, security deposits, and initial rental payments.
