Individuals must: - Be classified as a veteran under the US Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines;- Be registered with the Philadelphia VA Medical Center;- Be drug- and alcohol-free at time of admission;- Provide a negative TB test result within 6 months of admission

Provides shelter, food, transportation, case management, life skills training, and community reintegration for homeless veterans. Services are provided via three programs: Bridge Housing, the Clinical Treatment Center, and Service Intensive Transitional Housing.
