Provides a transitional housing (20 beds) and emergency shelter (10 beds) residence that provides housing and supportive services to homeless men living with HIV/AIDS. Based on individual needs, clients can access educational workshops on nutrition, health, stress reduction and other life skills areas, referral to mental health and/or substance abuse counseling, case management services, advocacy services, and recreational activities.
Assists people who have become visually impaired to regain their self-esteem and self-reliance. Provides adaptive strategies to cope with vision loss including an introduction in orientation and mobility, activities of daily living, low tech communications and introduction to technology with an iPhone/iPad.

Provides a phone-based support group system that offers parents of children diagnosed with an eye condition the opportunity to share their experiences, resources, and feelings to like-minded individuals. Offers summer camp sessions for children with type 1 diabetes, running from the end of June to mid-August. The camp provides a comprehensive medical program with 24-hour coverage by physicians and nurses on-site, along with training and education to foster good habits, independence, and knowledge about diabetes. Additionally, there are day and evening programs, off-site trips, and various recreational activities including low-ropes challenges, boating, fishing, field sports, and campfires.
