Provides over-the-phone legal advice, information, and referrals on a variety of Civil Law matters for low income New Jersey residents. Specializes in housing, family, public benefits, consumer, health education, employment, immigration, senior and community economic development law matters. In addition, special programs providing services for senior citizens, the disabled, tenants, and victims of domestic violence.

Provides free legal advice and counsel to women who are victims of domestic violence. Partners may provide advice and counsel regarding temporary restraining orders, child support, visitation, custody, divorce, and final restraining order hearings. All services are provided over the phone on a case-by-case basis.

Offers free legal advice, information, and forms on a variety of Civil Law matters for New Jersey residents needing information. This includes, in some cases, self-representation.

Serves as the national resource center for the legal services and aging and disability networks focused on the legal rights of older adults.
