Application process
Call for information or submit an online application. For emergency matters that require immediate advice, an intake worker will arrange for clients to talk to someone that day. Otherwise, they can assist with scheduling a later call back appointment with one of their advocates.

Provides over-the-phone legal advice, information, and referrals on a variety of Civil Law matters for low income New Jersey residents. Specializes in housing, family, public benefits, consumer, health education, employment, immigration, senior and community economic development law matters. In addition, special programs providing services for senior citizens, the disabled, tenants, and victims of domestic violence.
