Provides people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) with a comprehensive number of core and supportive services including Case Management, Substance Abuse, Prevention/Counseling, Emergency Financial Assistance, Referrals to Mental Health Services, Medical Transportation, Special Family Events, Peer Support Groups, Supportive Housing, and Food Pantry.

Provides structured and supervised intensive outpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs, tailoring the treatment level as needed. Services encompass individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational support, life skills training, primary and perinatal health care, family support programs, relapse prevention, continuing care, and supportive services like child care, transportation, and parenting skills development, along with substance abuse education and adult drug screenings.

The primary audience includes individuals who are at risk of an opioid overdose and the family, friends, or loved ones of those at risk of an opioid overdose. Individuals must complete the training to receive a kit, which contains two doses of naloxone, two nasal atomizer or two syringes, along with mouth shields.
