Offers education on responding to an opiate overdose and provides Naloxone kits, available in intranasal or injectable forms, to attendees of the training sessions. The main target audience comprises individuals at risk of opioid overdose and their family, friends, or caregivers. The program primarily distributes the intranasal Naloxone due to its safety and ease of use, although some individuals may require the injectable form. Participants must complete the training to receive a kit, which includes two doses of Naloxone, two nasal atomizers or syringes, and mouth shields.

Offers help for New Jersey residents towards accessing drug and alcohol treatment programs. The program provides information and referral to help clients find available resources and treatment options in their local area.

Enhances community partnering, develops communication and relationship skills of individuals and family units, increases awareness, and educates participants about risky behavior related to substance use disorders and addiction, and provides and refers participants to existing alternative activities for students and families.

Provides information, prevention education, and referral services related to substance abuse disorders. Information services include free literature on alcoholism, drug and tobacco use. Educational programs are also available and include primary prevention for children, parenting training, and educator training.
