Family Support Center | Center For Family Services

Employs an intensive after-school program at the Family Support Center for Gloucester County families with teenagers aged 13 to 17, aimed at enhancing family bonds and fostering robust relationships. Counselors deliver a structured after-school curriculum comprising individual, group, and family counseling, life skills and peer leadership training, case management, advocacy, and behavioral intervention. Additionally, the program offers support groups for both teens and parents, alcohol and drug prevention education, and weekly recreational activities. The primary objective of this five-month, four-day-per-week initiative is to avert out-of-home placement and legal entanglement for teenage youth.
