Provides a home-like setting where adolescents who are leaving a psychiatric hospital can take the first step back to their families and communities. KARE is a six-to-nine month community-based residential program where trained professional staff provide a therapeutic environment for up to eight adolescents between the ages of 15 and 17.

Empowering individuals with psychiatric disorders, the program facilitates learning to manage and gain control over their illness through support, education, and skills training. Additional services include:- Offering Vocational Opportunities: Providing members a chance for Transitional Employment, working part-time for 6 months in the community.- Facilitating Therapeutic Socialization and Recreation: Involving members in activities such as museum trips, movies, and basketball games.- Implementing the Senior Program: Creating a special program for seniors to interact and socialize, reducing isolation and hospitalization risks.- Conducting the Young Adult Program: Providing partial care services for young adults with severe and persistent mental illness, open to those with private insurance or public assistance, especially geared towards those at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or re-hospitalization.

Psychiatric Day Treatment
Assists men and women struggling with coping and self-sufficiency through spiritual, social, and emotional support at the Adult Rehabilitation Center. Offering residential housing, work, and group and individual therapy, the center prepares participants for re-entry into society and employment. A minimum six-month commitment is necessary to break negative patterns and instill positive life choices, fostering productivity and community integration.

For serious and persistent mentally ill. Partial care program provides a structured day program to assists individuals in maintaining the highest level of functioning and independence. The residential program consists of group homes and supervised apartments. Also has a 15 bed intensive residential program.

Housing offerings encompass the Fresh Start Group Home for adults discharged from state psychiatric facilities, the MICA Group Home for mentally ill chemical abusers, Suboxone-Certified Physicians, the Apartment Program for Adult Partial Care program clients, the Medical Group Home for adults with mental illness and concurrent medical problems, and Level A, offering 12 to 24-hour supervised apartments for adults with mental illness. Supported Housing ensures permanent, individualized services and support tailored to the specific needs of each participant.
