Focusing on self-care, the service addresses sleep, rest, relaxation, nutrition, physical activity, and co-occurring medical or substance use issues. Guests can stay for a maximum of 10 days, or, if there's a waiting list or a preference to stay at home, the service offers continued contact and outreach for up to one month.
