Program accepts self, professional, and/or agency referrals. An appointment is required. Call to schedule an appointment.
Fee
Program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurances, and a sliding scale fee system. Consumers can inquiry to see if any grants are available at the time of services needed.
Eligibility
Open to residents in the service area, ages 18 and older, who are experiencing mental illness and in need of psychiatric treatment/psycho-social rehabilitation.
