These trainings, benefiting businesses, social services agencies, government entities, educational institutions, and hospitals, include information on common challenges, the impact and range of hearing loss, relevant laws, effective communication strategies, and how and when to request communication access services such as interpreters, CART, and other specialized accommodations.
