Provides information and referral services to people with disabilities and their families who are seeking help locating appropriate resources in their community. The program is responsible for overseeing the Personal Assistance Services Program that is designed to help people with disabilities live as independently as possible.

Provides comprehensive services for the elderly and their families, including care management, individual and marital counseling, information & referral, coordination of homemaker service, transportation, widow/widowers group, and volunteer services. Programs for families of the elderly feature consultation, family counseling, case management, assessment and planning, housing information, nursing home referrals, support and therapy groups, and Caring Connections. Additionally, sponsors a Kosher Meals on Wheels program for eligible persons and offers opportunities for volunteers, specialized services, and assistance to Holocaust survivors.

Assists with grocery shopping to homebound residents over 60 years old in parts of Essex, Morris and Union Counties. Errands to post office, library, city hall, pet store, laundry service and dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up are also part of the service. Personalized shopping lists are collected weekly prior to the delivery day. Deliveries are Wednesdays to Berkeley Heights, Chatham, Millburn, Mountainside, and on Thursdays to Springfield, Short Hills, Summit, and New Providence.
Our Certified Home Health Aides are licensed by the State of New Jersey, and are supervised by Registered Nurses in the field. Our Home Health Aides work with nurses, social workers, therapists and physicians to speed the recovery of patients in their own homes. This includes bed baths, help with transfer activities, ambulation, eating, therapies and exercises, and much more.

Provides hands-on patient care to meet the patient's needs in accordance with the plan of care. Home health aides also assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Offers seniors who are recovering from an illness or injury that may not require full-time medical assistance but are in need of some personal help with daily activities like bathing, laundry and housekeeping duties. The Personal Care Program offers Camden County residents home health aide care twice a week for two hours at a time (up to 48 hours a year) for four to six weeks.
