Provides a variety of supportive services for older adults and disabled individuals who reside in Passaic County. Services include, but are not limited to: skilled nursing care; prescription assistance; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; home health care; case management; respite care; social and medical adult day care; chore services; transportation to physicians' offices and other medical facilities; and medical social work services, including home assessments.
