Volunteers will call the recipient at least twice a week to provide support and company over the phone.

Assists seniors by improving their access to health, education, social and supportive services. Services may include home delivered meals, limited medical transportation, physical fitness activities, physical health screenings, and recreational activities.

Provide free, non-medical support for homebound elderly and disabled individuals, including transportation, shopping, friendly visits, respite care, housekeeping, phone reassurance, meals, chores, lawn care, minor repairs, and other assistance.

Offers services to assist seniors facing health and/or economic problems include: Care Management providing assistance and advocacy to help seniors have the healthcare, housing and services they need. "Friendly Visitors," which deploys staff to visit seniors in their homes who would otherwise be socially isolated ."Telephone Reassurance" though daily phone calls to ensure the safety and well-being of seniors living alone.

Provides a case management project that helps seniors receive the resources they need. Services include but are not limited to: food delivery, diaper distribution, personal items distribution, education workshops, senior events, and case management.

Assists with various senior related issues such as Medicare, obtaining flu shots, and calls to housebound individuals.

Offers daily social interaction via phone, from a volunteer. Discussion topics are open to the participant's discretion.

Weehawken provides an array of services for its senior citizens. These programs include but are not limited to nutrition, transportation, social activities, and a "Keep In Touch" program which communicates with the homebound and the ill.
