Provides free, quality, full-day preschool education for Elizabeth residents. Children are provided with a stimulating curriculum, as well as time to play and socialize with other children. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. The program continues through the summer months as well, to allow parents to continue their career or educational pursuits. Bilingual teaching services are available.
Offers support services such as utility assistance (electric, water and gas), childcare financial assistance, Food Stamp/SNAP and Medicaid referrals, resume building workshops, job search assistance, and family activities.

Assists active WFNJ and TANF clients referred through the Board of Social Services in finding and funding quality child care. Trained counselors offer guidance on child care options and conduct vacancy checks at licensed centers and family child care homes. Participants may also qualify for the Transitional Childcare Subsidy (TCC), extending child care support for two years for employed clients.
