Delivers vocational rehabilitation services aiming to foster independence and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Services range from comprehensive vocational evaluations to job coaching, community-based assessments, specialized job placements, and career centers tailored for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Additionally, services extend to veterans, seniors, students transitioning from school to career, and those with hearing impairments. JVS placement staff actively support participants in overcoming barriers hindering their employment prospects.

Assists individuals to develop a job goal as appropriate, and recommend additional services. Evaluations last anywhere from one day to several weeks. Transition services, agency-based employment, and supported employment in the community are some of the potential options available after evaluation.
Offers on-site job support services for currently employed individuals on work-related topics. Topics that may be included are job site training, training on specific work tasks, and developing effective communication and proper workplace etiquette.
Provides several training and employment programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Transition services are offered for students moving out of highschool to a working environment.

Provides a unique, year-long opportunity for Philadelphia youth, ages 17 through 24, who want to help their community while developing technical and career skills. Through Learn & Serve experiences, participants gain hands-on, advanced knowledge of IT (Information Technology) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subjects and, in turn, provide digital literacy training to more than 400 youth living in the region's most vulnerable and under-resourced neighborhoods.

Individuals are paid for their work and transportation is provided to the job site.
Empowers youth by providing essential skills for academic and employment success through a program offering tutoring, study skills training, secondary school completion, dropout prevention strategies, alternative school offerings, summer employment linked to learning, work experiences, occupational skills training, leadership development, mentoring, comprehensive guidance, drug and alcohol counseling, and follow-up services for a minimum of twelve months post-program completion.
Offers a full range of employment services such as pre-placement, job coaching, and long-term follow along after employment. This is followed by trial work experience, and discovery for individuals with a developmental, physical, or mental disability.
