Assists individuals with severe disabilities become employed and retain employment within the workplace. The program provides clients one-on-one job development sessions with employment consultants, who assist the individual with job placement, job coaching and training at the workplace, and job retention skills. Clients will receive follow-ups twice a month from their employment consultant.

Empowers families by providing education and job training programs. This includes home visitation, counseling, basic needs, and support services through the Family Success Center of Sussex County, along with organizing various family events and activities like parenting and life skills classes, access to healthcare services, and family-oriented events such as the Family Expo and Back to School Fair, aimed at assisting young families.

Provides Pre Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students, age 14 to 21, who have a documented disability. Services include job exploration counseling, work based learning and readiness, education counseling, and instruction in self advocacy.

Provides job training programs and career services for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Programs offered at the training centers include a combined GED/College credit prorgam, digital skills training, forklift certification, CDL-B training, job coaching, transitional work experience, and supported employment.

Provides training and supervision in janitorial and light maintenance work for individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants may receive training in other areas such as interviewing or community skills, based on particular needs and abilities. Individuals are paid for their work and transportation is provided to the job site.

Provides educational and employment services for income-eligible participants seeking to achieve personal, educational, and professional self-sufficiency goals. Helps people over 50 years of age plan for a successful retirement, finds an encore career, volunteer opportunities, support groups, Princeton Public Library evening presentations.

Provides training job skills, exposure to a variety of work environments, on-site vocational training and instruction, regular assessment of vocational success. Eligible learners are offered on-site vocational training during the school day.

Assists individuals to develop a job goal as appropriate, and recommend additional services. Evaluations last anywhere from one day to several weeks. Transition services, agency-based employment, and supported employment in the community are some of the potential options available after evaluation.

Offers employment services for adults in Ocean County with developmental and/or multiple disabilities. Participants receive vocational training, work experience in various areas such as food service, office/computer skills, and custodial services, along with job placement assistance. Supported employment services are also available.

Offers a wide variety of assessments. This includes seminars, job training and placement services, and computer training for seniors and low-income families.

Prepares students for a career in the Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution (TLD) industry through a 4-week program. Successful completion and certification tests lead to a Forklift Operator certification and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) 10 certification. Services include: job readiness and life skills training, fundamentals of logistics, forklift operator safety, shipping and receiving, OSHA certification, resume coaching, job fairs, employer outreach and networking, and job placement.

Equips participants with essential skills for the growing customer service sector through hands-on, computer-based training, addressing basic office skills, customer communication, and literacy deficiencies. Additionally, offers support, counseling, mentoring, and referrals to further services to enhance career prospects.

Provides classes for specific employment sectors: hospitality, financial services, customer service, job search assistance, employment preparation workshops, and training program opportunities.

Offers situational assessments, job development, intensive job site training, and follow-up support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Programs include long-term job training and assistance, transition services, and job sampling.

Offers comprehensive training in several disciplines, Adult Basic Skills education classes, and GED classes. Additionally, it is a designated One Stop Center where individuals can conduct job searches utilizing the computer lab and resource center. Programs includes health care careers, building trades specialist program, culinary arts specialist program, automotive technician program, diesel technician program, business and computer technologies, and high school equivalency program.

Offers a full range of employment services such as pre-placement, job coaching, and long-term follow along after employment. This is followed by trial work experience, and discovery for individuals with a developmental, physical, or mental disability.

Access Unlimited provides adults in Monmouth County with developmental and/or multiple disabilities vocational training, work experience, job placement, and specialized work training assistance in various areas. Some of these areas include food service, office/computer skills, and custodial services.

Offers information to the public about Registered Apprenticeships, including career pathways, wage and program information, and benefits to employers. The site also provides a searchable database of tens of thousands of apprenticeship opportunities across the country.

Provides training and on-site coaching for individuals with developmental disabilities seeking competitive employment. Staff members work with participants, their families, and employers to achieve successful transition and integration. Training with respect to ADA and work incentives, as well as sensitivity training available to employers.
