Provides assistance to homeless pregnant women aged 13 to 40 seeking treatment for alcohol or drug dependencies, homelessness, domestic violence, and emotional issues. The facility offers a six-bed space with 24-hour staff support, substance abuse treatment, counseling, childbirth and parenting education, life skills training, and discharge planning. Women can stay at the facility for the duration of their pregnancy.

Training in nutrition, budgeting, and parenting is provided, and daycare is available for mothers attending work or school. Additionally, a helpline offers over-the-phone counseling and assistance to pregnant and expectant mothers at any time.
