Offers a quality of life grant of up to $500, per fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), for individuals affected by a frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) disorder. Applicants can use the grant as a supplement for equipment, services, and supplies not available through their own income, benefits, and/or insurance. Examples of things covered by the grant include, but are not limited to communication tools (writing board, computer software, apps, etc.), transportation costs, home adaptations etc.

Provides discounted outpatient prescription medications through the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program, allowing patients to pay reduced prices for prescriptions.
