Comstock Quality of Life Grant | Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration

Offers a quality of life grant of up to $500, per fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), for individuals affected by a frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) disorder. Applicants can use the grant as a supplement for equipment, services, and supplies not available through their own income, benefits, and/or insurance. Examples of things covered by the grant include, but are not limited to communication tools (writing board, computer software, apps, etc.), transportation costs, home adaptations etc.
