An individual must be a New Jersey resident, must be 65 years of age or older, or at least 18 years of age and receiving Social Security Title Disability benefits, Senior Gold beneficiary must have annual income for 2024 between $52,142 and $62,142 if single or between $59,209 and $69,209 if married.

Description

Provides state-funded prescription program with a different co-payment structure and income eligibility guidelines than those of PAAD. The Senior Gold Prescription Discounty program helps eligible residents in the service area to pay for prescription drugs, insulin, insulin needles and syringes and needles for injectable medicines used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
