Safety Net Grant | American Kidney Fund

Supports patients with kidney disease by directly providing financial assistance for treatment-specific needs, including durable medical supplies like BP cuffs, home hemodialysis expenses such as modifications, machines, and training, kidney donor and transplant costs.
