Serves as a NJ EASE agency that serves as a single point of contact for a variety of senior programs includes health care, insurance, home care services, long term care options, transportation, social activities, nutrition, and volunteer opportunities.
Provides outreach, assessments and case management services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Referrals may include information for adult day care programs, support groups, transportation, home care, respite, senior centers and home delivered meals.Case manager can complete an home visit and, along with the resident and family, identify the needs and create a service plan to meet those needs.

Non-professional staff provides light or heavy house cleaning, including laundry, dusting, mending, and floor washing.
