Description

Provides a range of services to seniors, disabled persons, and veteran community members. Services include: benefits screening, legal assistance (living wills and guardianships), transportation, home care, long-term care, nutrition sites (including Kosher-specific centers), emergency home cleaning, prescription discounts, home repair/barrier free program, caregiver connection resource center, information and referral, and senior centers.
