Offer family, individual, marital, and group counseling, play and art therapy, custody evaluations, psychological assessments, parent-child counseling, psychiatric consultation, medication supervision, homeless support, and Family Court Consortium Services.

Provides fathers a 26 six week support group in strengthening their role in the lives of their children. Services include: Assistance reuniting with children, Advancing economic stability, Child development training, Conflict resolution skills, Connecting fathers with community supports, Employment support, Improved communication with co-parents, Mentoring and assisting incarcerated fathers with reunification, Parenting skills, Visitation assistance.

Provides support and self-help groups for noncustodial parents and their families, aiming to maintain active involvement in their children's lives. Offers education on rights, responsibilities, and self-representation in court. Expertise includes divorce, child custody, parenting time, financial support, financial planning, parental alienation, paternity fraud, false allegations of child abuse, false allegations of domestic abuse, and services for male victims of domestic violence.

Assists military personnel who have been deployed overseas in Iraq or Afghanistan with their legal needs at no cost. The program offers assistance in four areas: Family Law, Employment Law, Debtor-Creditor Law and Military/Administrative Law. Refers members of the military to volunteers qualified to assist them with their specific legal issues.

Provides family law consultations for matrimonial, child support or custody issues, and immigration law. Consultations last about thirty minutes each.

Gives individuals access to apply for a Public Defender, as well as a directory of county Public Defender offices. Public Defenders can offer legal representation for: Criminal cases, Appeals, Parental rights cases (for both minors and parents), Juvenile defense, Drug cases, Sex offenders, Mental Health advocacy.

Provides assistance with custody and visitation disputes, as well as peer mediation within the Cape May school system. Services include: conciliation, conflict coaching, facilitation, and mediation. Services are offered remotely by phone or video conference, or in-person.

Offers supervised visits for children who cannot be safely left alone with parent/guardian. Visits may take place in the home, community, or in the office determined by court order or on case by case basis.
