Enables individuals to file an online complaint about housing discrimination, covering various processes such as apartment rental, home buying, and mortgages. Staff review submitted complaints to determine jurisdiction under civil rights laws, contacting clients for further details or to aid in filing an official discrimination complaint.
Provides assistance for individuals discriminated against by an employer, labor union or employment agency when applying for a job or while on the job because of your race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
Provides information on housing, including discrimination in housing, tenant-landlord disputes, tenant-landlord rights, and Section 8 regulations to all residents of the coverage area.
