Provides a variety of services to the community of Camden City and Camden County including, information and referral, case management, and benefits assistance, housing assistance, computer classes, job placement and referral, legal advice, health education and youth programs. In addition, PRUP provides weekly groceries to individuals and families in need through collaborations with food banks and pantries in New Jersey.

Provides individual case management plans for residents. Referrals for job training, food, legal assistance, mental health counseling, alcohol and drug abuse counseling.

Deliver comprehensive medical care by infectious disease specialists, gynecology referrals, medication management, and coordination of inpatient and outpatient care. Administer pneumonia, flu, and hepatitis vaccines, screen for Tuberculosis, and offer on-site care Monday through Friday. Provide education on medications, treatments, and risk reduction. Case management includes counseling, referrals to substance abuse and psychiatric services, financial and benefit counseling, food and housing assistance, prescription aid, and support for permanency planning of minor children with ongoing follow-up.

HOPES Community Action Partnership (CAP) educates individuals on benefits and entitlement programs that they may be eligible for and provides enrollment assistance. Support is available for: - Social Security - Medicaid/Medicare - Food Stamps/SNAP - Health education - Discount phone and utility service (Verizon Lifeline service, Assurance/Safelink Wireless, Home Energy Assistance Programs etc.)

Offers individuals with developmental disabilities a range of tailored supports and services, including fee-for-service options, individual advocacy, IEP support, person-centered planning sessions, service planning, social work services, transition planning for high school graduates, a three-year college experience, an Independent Living Program for those living independently, and the DDD Supports Program featuring community-based supports, inclusion, prevocational services, and volunteering opportunities.
