Services include but are not limited to: assistance in completing applications for benefits and entitlements, transportation, cultural and educational events, low-cost identification cards, free File of Life Cards, pre-screening for Food Stamps, energy assistance, prescription and health benefits, exercise classes, and recreational activities.

Provides assessments, direct services, and referrals to community programs, including help with SSDI, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid, MLTSS, food stamps, PAAD, Meals on Wheels, medical equipment, home modifications, and support for individuals, families, caregivers, and home care services.
