Offers comprehensive HIV primary medical and dental care for HIV positive clients, offering free and confidential rapid HIV testing, counseling, pediatric HIV/AIDS services, specialty medical care, prevention education, community outreach, medical case management, adherence counseling, psychosocial support, and nutrition services.
