Provides one-on-one support and advocacy to help bridge the gap between service changes and families. Family members and caregivers can submit a Problem Intake Form for assistance and advocacy with concerns such as service application or eligibility, difficulties in accessing services, educational matters including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), transitioning from school to adult life, and determining SSI/Medicaid eligibility.

Provides comprehensive HIV primary medical and dental care for HIV positive clients, offering free and confidential rapid HIV testing, counseling, pediatric HIV/AIDS services, specialty medical care, prevention education, community outreach, medical case management, adherence counseling, psychosocial support, and nutrition services. On-site services also include social services, financial eligibility assistance, support groups, and community activities, with outpatient care provided by two physicians certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine who personally follow registered patients, including hospitalization if required.
