Provides advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, linkages, and assistance to all crime victims and witnesses including domestic and sexual violence in the service area. Assists with obtaining the status and disposition of cases involved, accompaniment to the courtroom, childcare while in court (Spanish, Creole, Arabic speaking), referrals to social services, emergency services, transportation, and counseling referrals.

In Person Crisis Intervention
Assists crime victims and witnesses with education, information, and support services. Offers guidance on the criminal justice system, updates on case status, aid in property retrieval, help with compensation applications, court restitution requests, counseling access, and offender HIV testing.
Provides services and assistance to crime victims and witnesses in an effort to ensure that their rights are protected with the same vigor exercised in protecting the constitutional rights of the accused.
Provides criminal justice orientation, mental health and social service referrals, violent crime compensation information, courtroom escort, and case status information. Also provides support groups for homicide survivors and domestic violence victims.

Crime Victim Support
Provides supportive and informative assistance to crime victims. Aims to ensure that all of the rights afforded to victims of crime are being met. Services include but are not limited to written notification of court proceedings, assistance filing claims with the Victims of Crime Compensation Board, as well as comfort, support and assistance for victims who testify at trial.
