Sponsors a number of programs, activities, and services that provide assistance to senior citizens and disabled residents of Elizabeth. Programs include property tax freeze and rebate assistance, discount ID and medical cards, citywide information networking, notary services, Senior Citizens' Holiday Party, assistance with senior benefits such as: Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary Program, and Home energy assistance.

Providing support to seniors, we assist with housing, reduced fare NJ Transit applications, Senior Care Medical ID cards, and other essential services. Additionally, we organize weekly shopping trips to Jersey City Shop-Rite (downtown) for senior housing sites across the city.

Provides information and assistance on available programs and benefits for senior citizens. Services include: Application assistance; Application for fuel assistance and PAAD Programs; Home visits and efforts to find and seek those in need of help; Advocacy for senior citizens and disabled.

Helps connect Ocean County residents with county services. Services may include senior services, newcomer guides, notary services, veterans services, and health screening & services.

Offers a variety of re-entry services for previously incarcerated individuals. Services include, but are not limited to: employment readiness, skills training, job preparation, art therapy, group counseling, and transition services.

Offers county ID cards as a valid form of identification. ID's can be used for accessing essential medical, mental health, social services, and employment programs.

Provides a proof of residence ID, which will enable them to access city government services, schools, libraries, and also open a bank account. The card also can be used for discounts at participating health and wellness centers, prescription programs, movie theaters, and more.

Provides help processing files and records of all documents concerning real estate ownership and transfer. Also registers small business trade names, processes U.S. passport applications; processes and issues County and Veteran identification cards.

Provides programs to senior citizens to promote physical, mental, and social wellness. Programs include but are not limited to: arts and crafts, line dancing, Zumba, nutritious meals, and bus transportation.

Provides a variety of vehicle-related services for residents, including titles, licenses, registrations, abstracts (certified, five-year), salvage titles, suspension/restoration, driver conferences, vehicle inspection, vision and knowledge tests, CDL written tests, basic road tests, CDL road tests, motorcycle/moped road tests. Not all services may be available at each facility.

Offers accessible, low-barrier identification solutions to help underserved individuals obtain essential credentials for accessing healthcare, housing, employment, and social services.

Provides services to senior residents and disabled adults of East Orange. Services include but are not limited to: assistance in completing applications for benefits and entitlements, transportation, cultural and educational events, low-cost identification cards, free File of Life Cards, pre-screening for Food Stamps, energy assistance, prescription and health benefits, exercise classes, and recreational activities.

Provides records and identification services (county and veterans' discount cards), voter registration and ballot requets, property deeds, and passport applications.
