Provides affordable automobile insurance for individuals eligible for Federal Medicaid with hospitalization. Covers emergency treatment immediately following an accident and treatment of serious brain and spinal cord injuries up to $250,000, plus a $10,000 death benefit.

Provides donated vehicles and other related assistance to eligible TANF recipients for whom transportation is a major barrier to their employment. Clients may also receive assistance with court fees, license restoration, auto registration, auto insurance, etc.

Provides need-based assistance to active-duty and retired Sailors and Marines, their eligible family members, and survivor. Assistance includes, financial assistance and counseling, Quick Assist Loan (QAL), budget for baby, emergency travel, disaster relief, thrift shop quick assist loans.

Provides various transportation services including car repair, assistance with obtaining or restoring a driver's license, bus or light rail passes, insurance premiums, and an emergency transportation service. Each service has its own eligibility requirements.

Provides up to $2,500 in financial aid to recently discharged military service members and their families facing financial hardships due to military-related activities. Assistance may be used for housing, vehicles, utilities, food, child-related expenses, and medical expenses.
