Provides housing for older adults with a laundry room, a craft and community room, 24-hr security system and a 24-hour on-site superintendent. Medical alarms are placed in each apartment. Parking and exterior recreational areas surround the building.

Provides safe, affordable housing to older adults. All of the residents have access to supportive services provided by a dedicated Case Manager to help the residents maintain self-sufficiency and live independently.

Provides housing and health care, offering a community of apartments and cottages with an emphasis on independent living. Activities develop and continue based on interest. On-site rehabilitation services are also available, including physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Bus service is provided to local Hackettstown area.

Provides an affordable residential alternative to long-term care facilities for individuals who, due to disability or age, cannot live independently. AFC can place nursing home eligible residents in privately owned homes under the care of specially screened, trained and supervised care providers. Nurses and social workers are assigned to each participant with professional staff available 24 hours a day.
