Manages a number of affordable housing units. Some of these deed-restricted units include but are not limited to 36 scattered site single family detached homes, 4 four-bedroom group homes for developmentally disabled individuals, and 12 apartment facility for veterans, developmentally disabled individuals, and low income families.

Provides affordable rental housing for low-income veterans who are homeless or physically challenged, for a period of at least a year. Additionally, residents will receive supportive services includes transportation, case management, legal services, consumer credit counseling.

Provides support groups, community gatherings, advocacy, free and discounted programs for members.

Empowers adults living with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, offers various programs aimed at fostering healthy choices, stabilizing symptoms, and realizing full potential. Services encompass mental health case management, supportive housing, homeless services, jail diversion, senior mental health and wellness, intensive outpatient and partial care services, developmental disabilities services including adult day programs and group homes, community supportive living services, and transitional housing for homeless veterans at Veteran's Haven.
