Offers a residential camp in the Pocono Mountains for children with mild to moderate developmental challenges. Activities include athletics, swimming, boating, speech and language therapy, music and art therapy, daily living skills, academics, and sensory-motor-perceptual training daily.

Offers financial assistance and supportive services to adults with permanent physical disabilities so they may live independently. Participants in PASP use the program to engage personal assistants who help with the many essential tasks of daily living, including bathing, meals, light housekeeping, shopping and transportation.
