Provides job readiness services for people with hearing loss in Central Jersey (Middlesex, Ocean, Monmouth, Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer, Union). The center offers the following services: vocational assessment, career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, job search assistance, job placement, job coaching, job retention.Assistive Technology Services are available to clients by appointment only.

Provides information to deaf, hard of hearing and hearing individuals and their family and friends, to assist them in obtaining needed services and technology and in making informed decisions. Also offered through the center are interpreting services, sign language classes, and workshops.

Provides detailed information and resources on topics relating to communication disorders, including hearing and balance, speech development, swallowing and feeding, and early detection of speech, language, and hearing disorders. Also offers a directory of audiologists and speech pathologists.

Provides a helpline for emotional support tailored to deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Through direct communication with licensed social workers fluent in American Sign Language, individuals receive expertise in the challenges of diagnosis and treatment, sensitivity to deaf culture, and understanding of hearing loss issues. ACCESS, under normal circumstances, offers outpatient therapy services to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families.

Provides support children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and their families in childcare settings, homes, pre-schools, or other applicable programs.
