Provides New Jersey residents who have survived a traumatic brain injury to access brain injury-related services and support they need to live independently in the community. The fund provides services and supports to foster independence and maximize quality of life when insurance, personal resources, and/or public programs are unavailable to meet their needs.

Provides clinical information and an array of online resources and publications on brain and eye diseases, in particular, Alzheimer's disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Provides information on diagnosis and treatments of the brain and eye diseases to the general public.

Ensures that individuals with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and their families have access to: information, referrals and advice; individual and family advocacy; legal representation; and specific assistance in self-advocacy. The program prioritizes reaching communities of color and underserved urban and rural populations.

Brain Injuries
Provides resources that support the complex needs of brain tumor patients and caregivers including options for treatment, and research information. Additional services include a peer-to-peer support pairing brain tumor patients and caregivers with mentors who have been through a similar experience with the condition.

Provides information, resources, and a list of support groups for individuals with brain injuries, their families/friends, and health professionals. Maintains a list of current support groups being facilitated by caring professionals, persons with a brain injury, and family members. In addition, it maintains a library of articles, video, and audio tapes to assist in helping answer questions and advocate for resources.
