Offers free bilingual resources and information on comprehensive health, housing, and food linkages, social and financial services. Some of these services include health Insurance application, applications for Food Stamps/SNAP, connections with social services and other agencies, utility payment programs, notaryservice, educational workshops, and free access to computers, internet and fax.

Assists individuals and families affected by Superstorm Sandy in Hunterdon, Middlesex, Somerset, and Warren Counties through Case Management services. Case managers aid clients in developing recovery plans, finding resources, obtaining referrals, offering one-on-one advice, securing financial assistance for construction-related matters, buyouts, moving fees, and lawyer costs, and understanding the RREM grant. It's important to note that ongoing rental assistance is not available through the program.
