Provides free and individualized counseling services and support for pregnant women, parents, and family members who are trying to quit smoking. At their convenience, participants receive in person and/or telephone support from counselors. An incentive program offers rewards like baby supplies to celebrate achievements and success.

Provides information and education on how to protect people from environmental tobacco smoke, how to protect children from becoming smokers, including information on laws controlling smoking. Agency focuses on 2 goals: tobacco-free lives for children and smoke-free air for non-smokers.
