Provides evaluation, assessment, and referrals to substance abuse treatment for adolescents and adults. Referrals are given on a routine basis.

Connects patients and practitioners to St. Clare's behavioral health services through the Central Evaluation & Referral (CER) service. Professional staff assess callers' needs, determine appropriate care levels, verify insurance, arrange pre-certification, schedule appointments promptly, and offer information and referrals for various behavioral health programs, including adult and adolescent services, substance abuse programs, detox unit, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, and psychiatric emergency services.

Promotes a single point of entry in the children's system of care for youth with substance use issues. Oaks works with other providers by participating in peer learning sessions, providing technical assistance and educating the public about substance use among at-risk youth.

Provides incoming calls including assessment of risk, presence of psychiatric, substance use or other behavioral health related problems

Offers both Vivitrol injections and Suboxone maintenance for the treatment of substance use disorders. Individuals receive a thorough evaluation from the medical team in order to determine eligibility.

Access addiction treatment in as little as 90 minutes. For individuals experiencing homelessness, housing assistance is provided following treatment. Inpatient care and transportation services are also available for those in need. Additionally, clients can receive medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder remotely, with prescriptions available by phone.
