Professional staff assess callers' needs, determine appropriate care levels, verify insurance, arrange pre-certification, schedule appointments promptly, and offer information and referrals for various behavioral health programs, including adult and adolescent services, substance abuse programs, detox unit, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, and psychiatric emergency services.
