Participants may receive one hot meal, and an additional cold meal per day. A limited number of weekend meals are also available to weekday meal recipients. Meals on Wheels of Mercer County also offers nutrition counseling and education, shelf-stable groceries once a month, 'Blizzard Bags" for inclement weather, and pet food for recipients' furry companions.This organization is currently seeking volunteers.

Welcomes volunteers to help with mailings, copying and, web marketing, web development, general marketing, fund raising, and grant writing. Other professional experience that would benefit our non-profit is also welcome. Training is held annually for volunteers interested in group facilitation or grief support roles.

Provides ongoing assistance in impoverished areas to identify homeless populations. Provides training, spiritual formation and 'street retreats' for volunteers interested in serving its many projects and certification for groups wanting to become member partners.
