Offers a year-long, innovative program that helps low and moderate-income families build the skills and access the resources necessary to achieve a greater degree of economic security and mobility. The mission of the FLA is to revitalize the Esperanza neighborhood, a 57-block area of New Brunswick, one household at a time. The FLA uses a holistic approach to support families along the path to long-term economic security by investing in the financial, social and human capital of participants.

Provides a community residents with a community-based, family-centered hub for family support, information, and services, the Inland Family Success Center serves as a "one-stop" destination in a safe, supportive environment. It offers programs and workshops aimed at enhancing the family unit, fostering relationships, enriching community members' lives, and fortifying families and neighborhoods. The center provides wrap-around resources and support services to aid families and bolster communities, all at no cost.
Offer a Family Support program to improve family well-being and safety through in-home and out-of-home services, including parenting education, therapeutic support, foster/respite care, and health literacy.

Offers a 14-session, evidence-based parenting skills, children's social skills, and family life skills training program specifically designed to support and strengthen families and their communication. Parents and children participate both separately and together. At each session family dinner is provided to give the parents and youth the opportunity to sit, eat, and talk together.
