Speech to Speech Relay Service (STS) | Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
Enables people with hearing and speech disabilities to use their own voice, voice prosthesis, or communication devices to make a phone call. A Communication Assistant (CA) listens to the words being spoken by the person with the speech disability and repeats them, word for word.
