Provides two communication options for customers who have disabilities Verizon Wireless National Accessibility Customer Service Center (for wireless customers). Verizon Center for Customers with Disabilities (for FIOS and traditional phone customers) offers TTY services. Customers can also request to have their service bills provided in alterative formats, including braille, large print, audio CD, and CD-ROM.

Braille Transcription
Offers a number of resources and devices for individuals who are unable to get to the library. The library also has access to the BARD system, which circulates thousands of audiobooks, magazines, and Braille files for visually/hearing impaired individuals.

Enables people with hearing and speech disabilities to use their own voice, voice prosthesis, or communication devices to make a phone call. A Communication Assistant (CA) listens to the words being spoken by the person with the speech disability and repeats them, word for word.
