Verizon Accessibility | Verizon

Provides two communication options for customers who have disabilities Verizon Wireless National Accessibility Customer Service Center (for wireless customers). Verizon Center for Customers with Disabilities (for FIOS and traditional phone customers) offers TTY services. Customers can also request to have their service bills provided in alterative formats, including braille, large print, audio CD, and CD-ROM.

Multimedia Transcription Service | Heightened Independence and Progress (HIP)

Converts standard print into Braille, large print, and audio tape for individuals who are unable to read regular print. Textbooks are produced for foreign language, literacy, science, and mathematics (Nemeth). The program also produces conference and meeting material, employee manuals, and recreational schedules.

Outreach Services | Morris County Library

Offers a number of resources and devices for individuals who are unable to get to the library. The library also has access to the BARD system, which circulates thousands of audiobooks, magazines, and Braille files for visually/hearing impaired individuals.
