Provides a peer mentoring recovery program for wounded veterans and their families. Mentors are previous service members who are available for support throughout the entire civlian transititioning process. Peer mentors can motivate, listen, and provide resources to all participants, based upon their needs.
Offers a supportive mentoring system that helps individuals work toward becoming more self-reliant. Participants of the program, known as "Path Leaders," complete comprehensive education, develop an action plan that maps out their road to success, and network/meet with mentors to make real and positive changes in their lives.Transportation is provided to attend the program.

Generates and promotes the involvement of men in the lives of their children, family and community. The program aims to establish a male network, connect males with community resources, and increase the understanding of how children grown and learn.

Matches volunteers, ages 55 and older, with 1 to 2 students who they meet with once a week in a Princeton Public school to encourage a love of learning through reading. Volunteers meet the students weekly during the school year.

Offers a four-month program for juvenile offenders aimed at nurturing self-worth and self-esteem. Provides educational training, vocational instruction, and group counseling services to youth referred by the family court. Provides comprehensive, family-like support for former foster children who are enrolled or thinking about enrolling in higher education. Support includes mentoring, career coaching, care packages, holiday and birthday cards, and possible assistance with tuition and books.

Employs 50-75 Camden-area teens each year as counselors, tutors, and mentors for the children who attend AfterSchool Programs and Summer Camps. StreetLeaders participate in community service; life skills classes; one-on-one tutoring; SAT/ACT courses; academic enrichment courses; and arts activities. Teens are encouraged to avoid negative influences and focus on their academic and professional future. The programs focus on achievement has led to a 100% graduation rate of StreetLeader seniors; 97% transition into college (90%) or to vocational training (7%).

Targets at-risk female and male youths. The program has four components: social events, the Rites of Passage program, the Career Center (through which homework/tutoring assistance, a computer lab and job-related educational services are available) and mentoring.
Provides a faith-based recovery program for individuals suffering from all forms of addiction. The treatment methodology is peer-to-peer and not clinical. The program has former addicts involved at the leadership level, offering encouragement to those seeking freedom from addictive behavior.
The Foster Grandparent Program enables volunteers, ages 55 and over, to remain physically and mentally active by partnering them with children with special needs. Volunteers are trained to work with children in order to improve their physical, mental, emotional and social development. Children in the program range from ages 1 through 12.

Provides in person mentoring and an e-Mentoring Program is designed to support the personal and professional development of the at-risk youth trainees at Hopeworks via regular email contact with a mentor. The mentor will support the youths' own personal and professional goals, give the trainee valuable practice on their communications skills and provide invaluable professional contacts for the youth.
