Offers a fitness center with a gym and exercise rooms, offering fitness classes and recreational programs for all ages. In addition, the YMCA offers a preschool program, school age after-school child care, and other special events.

Mercer Street Friends Center offers a free, year-round pre-school for children, ages 3 through 5, living in Trenton. The preschool is an Abbott approved school.
