Administer pneumonia, flu, and hepatitis vaccines, screen for Tuberculosis, and offer on-site care Monday through Friday. Provide education on medications, treatments, and risk reduction. Case management includes counseling, referrals to substance abuse and psychiatric services, financial and benefit counseling, food and housing assistance, prescription aid, and support for permanency planning of minor children with ongoing follow-up.

Participants benefit from therapeutic and life skills groups, promoting recovery and wellness with a Wellness Recovery Action Plan and Illness Management & Recovery resource kits.
